You will handle routine inquiries, update CRM data, and follow a sales script to clarify customer needs while building relationships and identifying opportunities through proactive outreach.

Qualificações

• NQF Level 5 or higher, advance or occupational certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and/stakeholder engagement is beneficial.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle inquiries.
• Verify and update basic customer details in CRM with follow-up actions.
• Clarify customer requirements using a structured sales approach.
• Make calls or meet allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support routine business development tasks and adhere to procedures.
• Identify potential customers by referrals and recommendations.
• Input relevant data into standard formats for analysis.
