Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Carry out routine customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer details in CRM and record follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Develop relationships with allocated potential customers through calls or in-person outreach.
• Follow procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with routine business development tasks and follow established procedures.
