Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12 or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and notes follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships; act as first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development tasks and identify sales opportunities.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value and importance of a network of people and ideas.
