Qualifications

• Education: NQF Level 4 or Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service and sales capabilities in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with data entry and CRM basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests.
• Maintain accurate customer details in the system and note follow-ups.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Provide a first point of contact for resolving queries and complaints.
• Follow procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Perform routine business development support tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers from referrals and information provided.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate networking to support internal and external connections.
