Qualifications

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric).
• Experience with customer service or sales is not expressly required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information.
• CRM Data: Ensure basic customer details in the system are accurate and notes of follow-up actions are kept.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel script.
• Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to allocate potential customers to develop relationships.
• Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and codes.
• Business Development: Carry out routine business development tasks and follow procedures.
• Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
• Data Exploration: Select data from information and input into standard formats.
• Network of Influence: Participate in a network of people, technologies, and ideas inside and outside the company.
