Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or equivalent is required.
• Experience in consultative sales and customer service.
• Ability to follow multilevel sales scripts and document interactions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and notes follow-up actions from each sales call.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers from referrals and information provided by existing customers.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard CRM formats and maintain sales data quality.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value across internal and external networks.
