Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Finance Administrator to support supplier administration, accounts payable, and reporting processes within our Johannesburg offices. The role focuses on maintaining accurate supplier records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and IFRS standards.

You will work with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Hyperion, perform reconciliations, and assist management with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4).
• Financial Certificate.
• 2-3 years' experience within a corporate finance environment.
• Three-year Financial Diploma or Degree.
• Experience within Facilities Management or a service-driven operational environment.
• Group accounting and consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers regarding required documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Submit invoices to Head Office Finance and ensure processing within deadlines.
• Verify invoices with supporting documents and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Match invoices to POs, quotations, goods received notes, and delivery documentation.
• Prepare pass-through cost schedules and summaries for client invoicing.
• Prepare commercial reports, month-end packs and client presentations.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Respond to supplier payment queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Stock management analysis and reporting.
• Support client billing and cost recovery processes.
