Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a diligent finance professional in Randburg to manage supplier reconciliations, payments, and master data integrity. You will liaise with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, ensure VAT compliance, and support month-end processes as part of a tight-knit finance team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a related role.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unreconciled items
• Manage payment preparations and ensure all transactions are appropriately authorised
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries and maintain strong working relationships
• Work closely with procurement and operational teams to resolve invoice and purchasing discrepancies
• Ensure VAT treatment and supporting documentation are accurate and compliant
• Maintain supplier information and assist with master data integrity
• Support month-end reporting and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and internal controls
• Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and reporting requirements
