The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial management, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Evolution or Pastel. This role offers growth in a busy FMCG/retail-like environment in South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in financial management, financial control, or senior financial administration.
• Hands-on accounts receivable and credit-control experience, not just oversight.
• Relevant financial qualification (BCom/ND) or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Experience implementing process automation in finance.
• Strong financial controls, reconciliations, debtors and cash flow knowledge.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Own accounts receivable and credit-control processes end-to-end.
• Implement and enforce effective debt-collection procedures.
• Monitor debtor ageing and DSO; collaborate with Sales to resolve issues.
• Produce weekly debtor reports and cash-flow forecasts.
• Lead automation of debtor reminders and collections workflows.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools; improve financial systems.
• Oversee day-to-day financial administration and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing and maintain auditable records.
• Provide financial guidance to non-finance teams and cross-functional support.
