• Experience with creditors and financial administration will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices.
• Process supplier invoices, returns and debits.
• Check invoices for accuracy and ensure readiness for payment before due dates.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare creditor payment schedules and supplier remittances.
• Maintain accurate creditor and invoice filing.
• Reconcile petrol slips, monitor kilometres and odometer readings.
• Assist with vehicle registration and licensing renewals and fleet card management.
• Process monthly garage and credit card transactions and maintain the garage card register.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and record asset movements.
• Assist with recruitment administration, interviews, and timesheet reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly tracker reports and deductions for private calls, traffic fines and loans.
• Administer petty cash, secure cash, and assist with audits and B-BBEE documentation.
