Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• FAIS compliance.
• RE5 an advantage.
• A valid Driver's licence and your own car.
• A clear criminal and credit check.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter customer data into the CRM system to support retention and business development activities.
• Set objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision-makers.
• Develop a relationship management plan to identify and build connections with key decision-makers.
• Understand and apply organizational policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify areas for business development in a geographic region.
• Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Conduct research and extract information for analysis of key themes and trends.
