Qualifications

• Proven computer literacy and MS Office proficiency are expected.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities for new business or retention.
• Handle cases, manage complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, which may be technical or professional.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to enable retention and business development.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential accounts.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify areas for business development.
