Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate; FAIS compliance preferred.
• RE5 licence an advantage.
• Driver’s licence and own car.

• Minimum 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to an allocated market and achieve results.
• Deliver quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system to support customer retention and business development.

• Develop relationship management plans for potential accounts and engage with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
