You will complete in-house training, meet regulatory exams, and maintain high service standards while working within a collaborative network across the business.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• FAIS compliance.
• RE5 an advantage
• A valid Driver’s licence and your own car
• A clear criminal and credit check
• A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Provide pro-active financial service and advice to customers within an allocated market.
• Maintain superior service delivery and build strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, deal with queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Develop a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to enable effective information flow.
