Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required and FAIS compliance preferable.
• RE5 accreditation is advantageous and helpful.
• A valid driver’s licence and clean criminal/credit checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of financial products to an allocated market.
• Deliver quality customer service and identify opportunities for new business or retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries and resolve customer problems.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and schedule follow-ups for client interactions.
• Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers and influencers to enable two-way information flow.
