Job summary

Super Group is looking for a proactive Business Analyst Finance Process and Systems to own end-to-end finance processes across our ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and TM1/EPM). You will map both business processes and the underlying system steps, ensuring traceability and standardisation across entities.

You’ll run workshops with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Procurement, document data contracts, and translate business needs into functional specifications for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
• At least three years’ experience as a business or process analyst working on finance processes and the systems that run them.
• Proven process mapping and modelling ability at both business and system level, using a recognised notation.
• Ability to explain complex calculation or allocation rules that post to the ledger in plain language.
• Experience specifying integrations between finance systems from a business standpoint.
• Experience standardising a process across multiple entities, countries or business units.
• Requirements discipline: user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and traceability from process to test.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end finance processes and the systems that run them across record to report, procure to pay, accounts payable, travel, intercompany, tax, fixed assets, leases, close and consolidation, FP&A.
• Map the system process underneath each one: data flows, hand-offs, integrations, and control points.
• Keep business and system views aligned so changes are traceable to the other side.
• Run workshops with process owners across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and operating businesses.
• Document data contracts and process ownership for clear accountability.
• Turn analyses into functional business requirements with traceability to tests and deliveries.
• Design controls into processes: approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing against end-to-end processes.
• Measure and learn from go-live outcomes to inform the next change.
