Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, searches for a Financial Administrator to manage campus finance tasks on site and ensure compliant finance administration. You will record Point of Sale payments, allocate payments to the Pre-Registration account, and upload Proof of Payments to SIMS, while addressing finance queries and supporting ad hoc duties.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Finance or a Degree in Finance, with 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration;

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or a Degree in Finance is required.
• Experience in credit control or financial administration is preferred (1–2 years).
• Knowledge of financial processes and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Record Point of Sale payments and allocate payments to the Pre-Registration account.
• Check accuracy of reference numbers and timelines for payments.
• Upload Proof of Payments to the SIMS system and interpret account statements.
• Attend to finance-related queries and perform ad hoc financial duties.
