Job summary

Brolink is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Finance Department in Centurion. The role leads Finance Operations teams covering claims, collections, revenue and debtors, and reports on insurer GWP, commissions and binder revenue.

Applicants should be Chartered Accountants with at least 5 years of financial management experience, strong leadership, budgeting, reporting and IFRS knowledge. Audit liaison and stakeholder management are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with articles completed.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Experience with IFRS and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance Operations teams including Claims, Premium Collections, Revenue and Debtors.
• Report on overall company financial results including GWP, commissions and binder revenue.
• Own revenue budgeting and variance analysis and reporting.
• Oversee internal and external audits and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive automation and digitalisation projects within Finance Operations.
