Job summary

Brolink (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Finance Department in Centurion. The role leads Finance Operations and reports on insurer GWP, commissions and binder revenue, while driving budgeting, reporting and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years in financial management, and has strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills for audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with completed articles.
• Minimum 5 years in financial management or a similar role.
• Experience with IFRS standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance Operations teams (Claims, Premium Collections, Revenue and Debtors).
• Report on overall insurer GWP, commissions and binder revenue.
• Oversee revenue budgeting and reporting.
• Engage with internal and external auditors and insurers.
• Drive automation and digitisation projects in Finance Ops.
• Oversee budgets, variance analysis and monthly reporting.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial metrics.
