Job summary

Brolink, Centurion, is seeking a Commercial Claims Team Manager to lead the Claims Department. Based in Centurion, you will drive client-focused claims handling, team performance, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic insurance environment.

Your role will require directing a team, coordinating with brokers, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and TAT while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Matric is an essential requirement.
• FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement).
• FAIS Act fit & proper.
• Regulatory Exam: Representatives.
• Must not be debarred with FSCA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service through proactive, innovative claims handling.
• Manage, support and develop a team to ensure service delivery and performance.
• Handle attendance, absence and attrition within the team to ensure SLAs.
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
• Monitor, audit and improve claims processing in line with SLAs and TAT.
• Liaise with brokers and clients; build relationships for timely responses.
