Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced F&I professional to join a Gauteng vehicle dealership. You will drive finance deals, structure terms, and promote value-added offerings while ensuring compliance with FAIS, NCA, and related regulations.

You will build relationships with customers, banks, and internal teams, aiming to maximise F&I income and profitability per vehicle sold. The role requires a BCom/BComm degree and a proven track record in automotive finance with RE5 where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or BCom degree required.
• Proven experience in automotive F+I, preferably within a vehicle dealership.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance applications, credit processes and insurance products.
• Understanding of FAIS, NCA and relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 certification and applicable FAIS Fit and Proper requirements, where relevant.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process and facilitate vehicle finance applications with banks and financial institutions.
• Structure and negotiate finance deals to secure competitive terms for customers.
• Promote and sell value-added products (warranties, service plans, credit life, shortfall cover).
• Maximise F+I income, product penetration, and profitability per vehicle sold.
• Ensure finance agreements and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, finance houses, and dealership sales teams.
• Explain finance structures, repayment terms, and insurance products clearly to customers.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue against targets.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, regulatory standards and dealership policies.
