Bonafide Human Capital is recruiting for an experienced F&I Manager for our automotive dealership client in Pretoria and Westrand. The role focuses on delivering on sales targets, maximizing second gross profit, and ensuring full governance and regulatory compliance.

You will manage the F&I book, provide specialized product and financial advice, and support the growth and profitability of the dealership while maintaining up-to-date NCA, CRA, FAIS, and FICA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required; knowledge of NCA, CRA, FAIS and FICA is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an F&I Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to budget and sales targets in a high-volume dealership.
• Maximize second gross profit.
• Ensure governance and compliance in line with required processes.
