Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd seeks an experienced F&I Manager for a passenger vehicle dealership in Midrand. You will manage vehicle finance and approved products to maximise gross profit while upholding FSB requirements.

Role focuses on customer service, sales leadership and compliance with NCA/CRA/FAIS and related regulations to ensure professional, ethical financing processes in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry.
• Grade 12/Matric with a relevant diploma is required.
• Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous.
• Regulatory Exam, NCA Accreditation and Retail/Short-Term Insurance qualification with 120 credits are desirable.
• Accredited by the FSP and able to perform NCA functions (s13 mandate) and maintain CPD points.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the dealership network by offering vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit.
• Ensure training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board (FSB) are upheld.
