Job summary

Recruitment Web in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga, is seeking an experienced F&I Manager for our automotive dealership. You will arrange vehicle finance and insurance products, present value-added offerings, and ensure all applications and documents are accurate and submitted promptly.

You will liaise with banks, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service while aiming to meet monthly finance and insurance targets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• FAIS/RE5 regulatory compliance knowledge.
• F&I qualification relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchase process.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager within the automotive retail industry.
• Relevant F&I qualification and regulatory compliance requirements, including applicable FAIS/RE5 requirements.
• Proven track record in achieving finance and insurance targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's licence.
