Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to oversee the full Finance & Insurance process for vehicle buyers. You will present finance options, secure bank approvals, and ensure all paperwork meets FAIS and NCA standards.

Ideal candidates will hold NCA qualifications, FAIS accreditation (RE5), CPD compliance, and have proven motor dealership experience. A valid driver’s license and strong negotiation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager in a motor dealership or similar.
• Strong understanding of the finance application process and banking systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Finance & Insurance process with customers purchasing vehicles.
• Present finance options and value-added products clearly and professionally.
• Secure finance approvals through relevant banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and submitted timeously.
• Maintain compliance with FAIS, NCA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial service providers, and internal sales teams.
• Conduct credit checks and affordability assessments.
• Accurately load deals and maintain deal files according to audit requirements.
• Upsell value-added products (warranties, service plans, insurance, etc.) to maximize dealership profitability.
• Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team regarding F&I procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service, transparency, and professionalism at all times.
