Job summary

First Degree Recruitment is seeking experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to join professional corporate vehicle dealerships in Johannesburg. • Minimum 3–5 years’ F&I manager experience in motor dealerships.
• Experience in corporate vehicle dealership / motor industry.
• NQF 4 FAIS qualification, RE and NCA accreditation.
• Proven track record of achieving F&I sales targets.
• Ability to handle high volumes and pressure with strong admin skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relations.
• Valid SA driver’s licence.
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Clear criminal record.
