Automotive Recruitment Specialist in Mpumalanga, eMalahleni is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager for a busy automotive dealership. The role focuses on arranging vehicle finance, cross-selling warranties and service plans, and ensuring accurate submission of applications.

You will liaise with banks, maintain strong client relations and drive penetration targets. Applicants should hold FAIS/RE5 qualifications, a Grade 12, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• F&I experience in automotive retail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange vehicle finance and insurance products for customers.
• Present and sell value-added products, including warranties, service and maintenance plans, credit life and other approved offerings.
• Ensure all finance applications and supporting documentation are accurate and submitted timeously.
• Liaise with financial institutions to secure competitive finance approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant F&I legislation, regulatory requirements and dealership procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Achieve monthly finance and insurance penetration and profitability targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks and internal sales teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager within the automotive retail industry.
• Relevant F&I qualification and regulatory compliance requirements, including applicable FAIS/RE5 requirements.
• Proven track record in achieving finance and insurance targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's licence.
