Network Finance, based in Pretoria East, is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to manage the full finance administration function, including bookkeeping, payroll and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate holds Matric, has proven bookkeeping, payroll and VAT experience, is proficient in Xero and advanced Excel, and is bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Matric is the minimum educational requirement.
• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll and tax/VAT administration.
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).

Aufgaben

• Full bookkeeping up to Trial Balance.
• Processing and reconciling creditors and debtors.
• Bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Payroll processing and administration.
• VAT, PAYE, UIF and other statutory submissions.
• Tax administration and compliance.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Month-end and year-end assistance.
• Financial reporting and general administrative support.
