Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage the full bookkeeping function, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Relevant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience.
• Proven experience managing the full Bookkeeping function.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Understanding of VAT, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
• Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Bookkeeping function and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure VAT compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
• Maintain effective financial controls and assist with audit requirements.
• Analyse financial data, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
