Job summary

PKF South Africa Inc. is seeking a finance administrator to handle creditors, debtors and cash book processing along with general financial accounting duties. The role involves data capture, GL coding in Xero, and monthly creditor processing.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, debtor receipt allocation, and assisting with reporting and reception duties as required. Familiarity with DEXT and GreatSoft is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing creditors, debtors and cash book

Responsibilities

• Data capture of payable invoices and expense receipts
• G/L coding and posting to Xero for approval
• Cash Book processing and bank reconciliation with O/S invoices
• Processing of monthly creditors and EFT payments
• Preparation of documents for BEE Affidavits
• Petty cash processing and expense import to GL
• Allocation of debtor receipts to Debtors Ledger
• Handling debtor queries and reconciling journals
• Support with general finance duties and reporting
• Reception duties as needed
