Placements24 is seeking a strategic Head of Finance and Administration to lead financial operations from our Rustenburg, North West office. You will drive planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and governance while overseeing administrative functions to support business operations in the North West province.

The role requires a CA (SA), ACCA, CMA, or equivalent, with 10+ years in finance and 5+ in senior management.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CA (SA), ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, and risk management.
• Experience in managing administrative functions and teams.
• Excellent understanding of South African tax laws and financial regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Lead the administration team, facilities, IT, HR support, and general office operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize cash flow.
