Job summary

Securitas Group is seeking a Field Training Officer to serve as the primary training resource for a data-center campus and metro locations. The role includes onboarding, training new personnel, and partnering with campus leadership to develop site plans, while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in security or business management, a Psira Grade A, and training development experience, with a flexible hybrid work model in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric completed.
• Degree/Diploma in Training/Business Management.
• 4+ years of experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Psira Grade A.
• 2 years of training experience or equivalent.
• Experience in data centers and training development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and sustainment training as primary contact.
• Train and certify security personnel; maintain training docs.
• Field training in person with security personnel; track completion.
• Promote safety awareness and lead safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with local leadership and HQ training team on site plans.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Schedule onboarding and training with site leaders.
• Assist with audit compliance related to training.
• Prepare and submit confidential information to campus leadership.
• Maintain training and safety documentation with accuracy.
• Provide feedback on competence, compliance and morale.
