• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician for commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Trade qualification or equivalent certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC system types, components, and control mechanisms.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics with strong diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to work independently in field environments.
