Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, AHUs and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with HVAC equipment, identifying root causes of malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on scheduled intervals to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals to guide installation and repair procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, maintenance activities and parts used.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed, demonstrating prompt and effective problem resolution.
