You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and mentor junior technicians, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and project success. Qualifications

• Trade qualification in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls and combustion.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, AHUs, and ductwork.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC equipment.
