Job summary

Pump and abrasion Technologies is seeking an Engineering Field Service Assistant to support our engineering team on-site. You will assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance for clients, troubleshoot issues, coordinate service visits, and document work completed for reporting to the engineering team.

The role requires a high school diploma (engineering degree preferred), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to travel with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; engineering degree preferred.
• Previous experience in technical support or field service recommended.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with on-site repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate logistics for service visits, including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
• Document work completed and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on-site.
