Job summary

Pump and Abrasion Technologies in South Africa is seeking an experienced Engineering Field Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our field service engineers and technicians. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical field service role, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in training programs for technical staff.
• Familiarity with field service management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Certification or licensure in a relevant engineering field is a plus.
