Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers for equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise remote training sessions to end-users and on-site support staff.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using remote diagnostic tools and guide users through resolution steps.
• Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical findings in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to collaborate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of products, services, and common troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in technical support, equipment installation, or a similar field, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency with remote access tools, video conferencing software, and ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, able to manage workload independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
