This position focuses on providing remote assistance for the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of complex systems and equipment. You will leverage your technical expertise to guide clients through troubleshooting processes, diagnose issues virtually, and provide solutions that ensure optimal system performance. This remote-first role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on customer success through expert virtual support and proactive issue resolution for our client's diverse technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the installation and setup of company products and systems.
