Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, installation, or maintenance roles.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across hardware and software.
• Excellent remote communication skills including video conferencing, screen sharing, and chat support.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth remote analysis and troubleshooting for installation and maintenance challenges reported by clients.
• Provide expert technical guidance and step-by-step support for system installations and upkeep via virtual communication channels.
