About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Field Service Engineer specializing in telecoms to join their team serving the Vereeniging area. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure at customer sites. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of client services. Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure telecommunications hardware and software solutions at customer locations.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing of network equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair strategies.
• Respond to urgent service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements
