Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical/electronic/telecommunications fields.
• Minimum 4 years in a field service role within telecoms.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment used in network maintenance.
• Knowledge of GSM, LTE, 5G transmission systems; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecommunications hardware and software.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and diagnostics on network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues affecting network performance and service availability.
• Respond to customer service calls and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all field operations.

Requirements
