Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including routers, modems, and associated cabling at customer premises and network points.
• Perform troubleshooting of network connectivity issues and diagnose faults in telecommunication systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all work performed, including service details, equipment used, and resolutions, in the company's ticketing system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all field operations.

Requirements
