Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service for heavy construction or mining equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
• Experience with diagnostic software/tools for heavy machinery.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections, diagnostics and repairs of heavy equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret manuals and diagnostics to resolve issues.
