Job summary

Cre8work is seeking an External Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships in the steel fabrication and mining minerals sectors. You will engage customers in the field, present product information, and work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

You should be capable of building strong relationships, traveling within the territory, and maintaining accurate CRM records while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience in field/external sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present quotations and product information to customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and potential sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
