Job summary

Objective Personnel is seeking a driven Sales Support professional in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. You will call on existing and new customers, build a healthy pipeline, and secure orders from new clients each month.

You will need Matric, a post-matric qualification in Sales or a technical field, a valid driver’s license, and strong Excel/Word skills. Experience with Syspro and Dynamics 365 BC is advantageous; you value service excellence and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Matric or senior certificate is required.
• Post-matric qualification in Sales or a technical field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proven experience in a similar environment.
• Good knowledge of company products and strong MS Excel/Word skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Syspro, Dynamics 365 BC or similar).
• Customer interaction and sales orientation are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and deliver service excellence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and potential customers and log daily activities.
• Schedule follow-up visits and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Secure orders from new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Differentiate company products and services to promote sales.
• Handle quotes, check stock, and coordinate with internal teams for pricing.
• Communicate pricing, product, and delivery details clearly to customers.
• Follow up on quotes and orders; monitor outstanding items.
• Interact with Factory/Warehouse on production progress and stock availability.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating and proposing solutions.
