Job summary

FM Staff is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative to cover Johannesburg and surrounding areas. This permanent role requires field-based work, a passion for selling and building face-to-face relationships with clients in industrial, automation, IT, or LV/MV cabling sectors.

Open start date; salary negotiable; urgent role with priority to qualified applicants who meet the minimum requirements and reside in the region.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of effective experience in Technical External Sales (non-negotiable).
• External technical sales experience with cabling, connectors and conduits in industrial, automation or IT sectors will be highly beneficial.
• Residence in the Johannesburg region or immediate surrounds is required.
• South African citizen with no criminal record.
• Own vehicle and valid SA driver’s license for field work.
