Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a highly motivated technical sales professional in Gauteng to drive growth in electrical and automation markets. You will engage with engineering teams, understand customer needs, and propose technical solutions across cables, connectors, and automation components.

The role requires at least 5 years of external sales experience in relevant sectors, a recognized electrical qualification, and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' external technical sales experience.
• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, automation, mining, or electrical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cables, connectors, industrial connectivity products, automation systems or related electrical components.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Fieldbus I/O systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Experience in solution selling and managing technical customer accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
