• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose problems and execute repair solutions, ensuring minimum downtime for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance performed, to track equipment performance.
• Educate customers on product functionality and best practices to enhance their experience and efficiency.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to technical service.
• Assist in the development and training of junior technicians, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
