Job summary

CIRO in Durban is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our coffee-focused team. Based in Mount Edgecombe, you will drive sales, nurture existing accounts, and promote our specialty coffee and beverage system solutions.

You will travel to customers, conduct training, calibrate machines, and guide implementations while building new business and meeting quarterly targets within the OOH market.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales role in the Out of Home (OOH) market with a proven track record.
• Cold calling and prospecting experience.
• Experience in specialty coffee and beverage system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, volume and margin targets.
• Maintain superior customer service with existing base via structured call cycles.
• Support on-site beverage solutions through machine calibration and training.
• Create a targeted new customer prospect list with the Sales Manager.
• Drive growth to meet annual forecast.
• Lead end-to-end new business development: initial contact, needs assessment, proposal, and implementation guidance.
• Ensure agreements are commercially sound.
• Present at installations and complete customer solutions training.
• Travel to outlying customers as required.
• Track progress with monthly reviews and structured targets.
